1. On Airport transfer do you take the client directly to resort?

Yes, we take the clients directly to their accommodation, hotel or private it makes no difference.

2. How will the client find the driver?

The driver will be on arrivals hall nearby Clubs to Hire Golf Shop with a signboard with the client name.

3. What vehicle will be provided for the transfer?

Our company works exclusively with a Mercedes fleet.

4. Can we book a service for the same day?

Bookings can be done on short notice but are only valid after confirmation by the company.

5. The prices are per transfer or per person?

Our prices are always for transfer and not for persons, they also are private transfers so the vehicle is not to be shared with other guests.

6. How can I pay for the transfer?

Clients can pay by PayPal, credit cards or to the driver on collection.

7. What is the baggage policy for transfers?

Each passenger is allowed one normal sized piece of baggage and one piece of hand luggage. In case of excess luggage the price will increase in 20%.

8. How long will the driver wait if the flight is delayed?

The driver monitors the flights, therefore in case of delay you'll have the transport to collect you. If customs is running you late or if your luggage was lost, please use emergency number to contact the driver.
The driver waits 1 hour after the flight arrived.

9. What happens when we arrive at Faro airport?

Once you have collected your baggage, and exit into the Arrivals Hall, you will see our airport representative standing at the arrivals hall.
He will have a signboard with your name on it. They will take you to the transport, and drive you to your destination.
